Need a payment plan? Just choose “Easy Payment Plan” at checkout. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of check-out. The remainder of your trip is broken up into 6, monthly installments starting 30 days after check-out.
Room Layout:
- Quad: 2 twin beds downstairs and 2 twin beds in the loft
- Double: can be configured with king or single beds
- Suite: King bed a pull-out couch. This room is booked for couples or friends sharing a room. Prices are listed as per person.

Booking Instructions:
- If you are booking as a couple or with friends, please let us know so that we can put you in the correct room.
- If you book a multi-occupancy room, you will be placed with roommates
All installments are non-refundable. Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged.
What this trip includes:
- Comprehensive and Proven YOU Decide Coaching program.
- Room and board (all prices are listed as shared occupancy and per person. If you would like a single room, please email [email protected] for pricing)
- 3 Meals per day (Dinner on arrival day and breakfast on departure day)
- Ground transportation from Cobano Airport on the days of travel (guests are offered 3-time slots. If these times do not meet their needs, they are free to book their own travel).
- Twice daily Yoga and Meditation classes
- Workshops

How to get there:
Fly into San Jose airport. Take a short flight from San Jose to Cobano (about 20 mins) where a shuttle will take you to Aves (about 10 mins). We recommend booking the flight from San Jose to Coabano on Sansa Airlines or Costa Rica Green Air.
You can also fly into Liberia and take a group shuttle to the retreat center. Ground transportation is not included if you use this option. (Pssssstt: it is a very beautiful drive but about 4 hours).
There is also an option to take a shuttle from San Jose (about 6 hours) or take a water ferry instead of a short flight. These options are also not included with the ground transportation but we are happy to help you book anything you need.
