Online Mindfulness Teacher Training Course Structure:

  • Nine Self-Paced Modules: For nine modules you will explore the depths of mindfulness and meditation. Dive into topics like meditation techniques, mindfulness in different contexts, the science behind mindfulness, and more.  (Full Course Outline below)
  • Three-Month Capstone Practicum: Put your knowledge into action through our capstone practicum. Over three months, you will design, implement, and assess a mindfulness program tailored to a specific population or context of your choice. This hands-on experience ensures that you not only understand the theory but can apply it effectively across this and any other future population (this can be done virtually, in-person, and within any context you wish. This is an invaluable opportunity to get creative and invest your knowledge back into the community).
  • Fully mentor and Teacher-supported: though your program is self-paced, you will maintain regular communication with your mentor and teachers and book 1:1 mentoring at modules 3, 6, and 9.
  • Community: Take part in live, group meditations and join our private community Facebook group to communicate with fellow students
  • Personal Practice: Commit to a personal meditation practice 5 days a week for 20 minutes for the duration of your training. Module 1 gives you a 30-day meditation journey to get you started.
  • Open Enrollment: Submit your application and begin your training in as little as 3-5 days!
