Jess continues to bring my yoga practice to new levels with her depth of knowledge and grounding wisdom. I came to her class for the first time many years ago when I was struggling emotionally with many things (parenting/marriage/work), and her teaching shifted my awareness to focus within. Her impact changed everything, including my health, my relationships, and my work as a public school teacher. There are many days when the energy I feel during and after class inspires me to reach out to others and tell them how moving the experience can be. Jess continues to motivate me to pursue a deeper awareness of yoga philosophy. The level of gratitude I feel for Jess is profound and difficult to convey in words.

I have had the pleasure of taking two trainings with Jessica and have been a student at Jessica’s studio The Om Center for the last few years. She has this innate ability to create community anywhere she goes. I could listen to her speak for HOURS on any topic such yoga, meditation, current reads, or wellness because anything she dedicates herself to she becomes an lifelong student in. I feel so lucky to have been able to learn from, work with her and continue to take classes from her or attend workshops whenever possible. If you find yourself wondering if you should take the leap to seek any sort of training, retreat or class by Jessica and her newest venture Direct Path Institute……DO IT!

I was lucky to end up having my 200h yoga teacher training with Jess and her team. Jess is an incredible and authentic teacher and first of all just a beautiful human being. Like not trying to be the biggest and wisest which I appreciate a lot cause we all are eternal students. Also cause I'm such an sensitive with my hearing, I love Jessica's voice 😍😅

The love and support my YTT experience gave me brought me through the most difficult time in life. The bonds made and the lessons learned enriched my life and carried me through.
